The Washington County Historical Society and Chipley Garden Club is proud to present their annual Scarecrow Festival on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9-1pm. The festival will be held at the Farmer's Market Complex located at 685 7th Street. The museum will be open during festival hours to explore. Come out and explore local Washington County and Florida history, great arts and craft vendors, amazing food, music and the Chipley Garden Club's Scarecrow Contest. Prizes and categories will be announced on the Washington County Historical Society Facebook page.
