The Chipley Christmas Fest will be held in conjunction with Downtown Thursday Night Lights on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 3-9pm in Downtown Chipley. Thursday night will be full of family-friendly activities. A free sensory photo session will be held inside the Washington County Historical Society Museum from 3:30-4:30pm. The festival will kick off at 3pm with children's games and arts & craft activities under the Farmer's Market Complex on 7th Street. There will be free train rides around the square, a free petting zoo, free inflatables, and live music. Pony rides will be available for $7 per ride. All activities will be from 3-9pm. A downtown lighted parade will begin at 5:30pm. The Downtown Thursday Night Lights Holiday Stroll will be from 3-9pm. Visit local shops and restaurants for special goodies, gift certificates, and discounted gifts. Look for extended activities for the kids on the west end of Downtown on 5th Street including games, a snow pit and inflatables.
