The Chipley Christmas Fest will be held on Friday, December 1st from 4-8pm and Saturday, December 2nd from 10-2pm in Downtown Chipley. Friday night will be full of family-friendly activities. A free sensory photo session will be held inside the Washington County Historical Society Museum from 3:30-4:30pm. The festival will kick off at 4pm with children's games and arts & craft activities under the Farmer's Market Complex on 7th Street. There will be free carriage rides around the square, a free petting zoo, free bounce houses, and inflatables. Pony rides will be available for $7 per ride and the mechanical bull will be $5 per ride. All activities will be from 4-8pm. A downtown lighted parade will begin at 5:30pm. The Downtown Merchants Holiday Stroll will be from 4-8pm. Visit local shops and restaurants for special goodies, gift certificates, and discounted gifts. Look for extended activities for the kids on the west end of Downtown behind Box Car Coffee, Sage Brand Studio and Coastal Nutrition.
Saturday activities will be from 10-2pm and will include arts & craft vendors, free carriage rides, petting zoo and inflatables. Pony rides will be availbale for $7 per ride and mechanical bull rides will be $5 per ride. The Chipley Kiwanis Club will have a brunch with Santa starting at 10am. Come out for our Saturday Holiday Stroll and support our Downtown merchants with more holiday gift ideas and goodies. Check out more activities for the kids on the west end of Downtown in the grass area and city parking lot behind the fellowship hall of New Life Fellowship Church off of 5th Street and N Railroad Ave.
