Join Maphis Nursery & Tree Farm on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 8-2pm for their Old Fashioned Cane Syrup Making Day. This is a free event for the whole family. Watch the process of making cane syrup from beginning to end, from grinding the fresh cut cane, to cooking it down in the vat, to taste-testing! The workshop and gift shop will be open to purchase farm fresh products such as grits, cornmeal, jellies, jams, honey and, of course, cane syrup.
Maphis Nursery & Tree Farm is located at 1534 Orange Hill Road in Chipley.
