Pemberley Farm will host an All About Sourdough class on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 9:30-12:30 pm. You will learn how to make a sourdough starter and how to work with it in your kitchen.
The class price is $25 per person and will include the information taught in class. Refreshments will be served as well.
The class will be held at Pemberley Farm - 1745 Ben Road, Chipley, Florida. Ben Road turns off of Highway 77 just south of Wausau. There will be a sign on Highway 77 and signs along Ben Road.
Please pre-register if at all possible. This way, they ensure enough books and refreshments for everyone.
